The Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly held its first staff Durbar on October 17, 2025, at the Assembly's forecourt. The event started with an opening prayer by Mr. Ishmael Tetteh Abbey, followed by welcome remarks and a roll call by the Coordinating Director, Mrs. Vera Akuffo-Mante. She introduced newly posted staff, welcoming them warmly.
The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Kalamu Musa Adamu, expressed gratitude and applauded the staff for their dedication. He outlined the Assembly's objectives, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving its goals. Presentations covered key topics, including Local Government Service protocols, parental responsibilities, and the Right to Information Act.
Mrs. Akuffo-Mante briefed the staff on service delivery standards, highlighting participation, professionalism, client focus, efficient resource use, accountability, and transparency. The assembly had an open forum for questions and discussions, allowing staff to share concerns and suggestions.
