The Presiding member for Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly and also an Assembly Member for the Kwashieman Electoral area, Hon. Edmond Nii Armah Lomo was re-affirmed as the Honorable Presiding Member for the second term on Wednesday, 17th March, 2022 at the Assembly’s Conference room.
Hon. Lomo stood un-opposed among his twenty three (23) Honorable Assembly Members in the Ablekuma North Constituency.
In an election conducted by the Municipal Electoral Officer for Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly, Mr. Joseph Opoku, he polled 19 out of 23 votes cast representing 82.6% with 1 absentee.
Having gone through the electoral process successfully, Hon Nii Armah Lomo was sworn-in by his Lordship, Stephen Tabri of Sowutoum District Court. In his thankful message, he expressed his profound gratitude to his fellow colleagues for the confidence reposed in him for the second time. He promised to execute duties diligently and work extra harder for the betterment of his people and for the constituency as a whole.
